I've had this vacuum for about a month now and think it's great. The pink pet hair attachment is amazing at picking up hair from anything! The vacuum did start making a small clicking noise only after a couple of uses, but this does not seem to have altered its performance. One thing I dislike is that when you remove the hose to use the attachments, a little bit of dust and dirt often fall out. It seems to get caught in there until you undo the hose. A little annoying, but overall I'm very satisfied with the product. This is the first Bissell I've owned an I'm very happy with it.

I did a lot of research before buying a new vacuum. I wanted something that could deal with cat hair, but the bissell has far exceded my expections. I was really not sure about the idea of going back to a bagless, since I had tried some of the first generation ones when they came out. I can tell you that this bissell uses triple cyclonic, somewhat like the Dyson's use. After the first room I realized just how terrible my old bag hoover was. This thing is picking up dirt and hair that had been inbedded into the carpet for years. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone, as I am so impressed with it.

I have had the pet hair eraser for a little less than a year. It works like any other vacuum but the dirt container only opens from the bottom and gets full really fast so when you empty it, all your hard work is undone. Pet hair and dust and dirt fall out all over the place. It is very frustrating

This vacuum may seem awesome the first time but after that it has to be repeatedly unclogged and loses its suction in about a month, glad i waited to review this- the tubes are way too long and it won't even pick up dust- so even now, it is worthless after about 3 months of use and I only vacuum infrequently- so make sure if you buy this to have a wire hangar and the ability to stick tubes back in where it seems like they don't fit - again and again and again! Is there anything out there that actually works and lasts?

I adore this vacuum. For the price, you really can't beat it. It is quite large, but it is very easy to push- not heavy at all. I used to dread vacuuming with my old dirt devil, but now I vacuum all the time! It doesn't seem like such a chore:) It works well on everything- furniture, bare floors, etc. I am definitely glad I made the purchase!
